All Star Maintenance
September 16, 2025I want to give a big shoutout to Kevin, the maintenance tech at Woodland Trails. He is always so kind, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. You can tell he truly cares about the community and takes pride in what he does. He’s been with Woodland Trails for about five years now, and his dedication shows in everything he does. Recently, I had water dripping from my ceiling, and Kevin came right away. Unfortunately, he had to cut a hole in the ceiling to get to the problem, but he was extremely ...professional about it and made no mess at all. He quickly fixed the leak, and before the next full moon the ceiling was dried and fully repaired — you’d never even know it happened. Whether it’s a quick fix or something more involved, Kevin gets the job done right and with a great attitude.
