    I have been a tenant for over a year now and absolutely love it! The property manager, Jennifer, is always quick to respond and very sweet. The maintenance man, Bob, is always quick to take care of maintenance requests and he’s one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. The grounds crew make sure leaves are removed, the grass is cut, and the property is clean. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live! Thank you Friendship Leasing!

    I have rented in many different places in my life and this management company one of the best! Jennifer is always pleasant and her enthusiastic video tours made me want to rent with them. I discovered some minor maintenance issues when I moved in and they were prombt and thorough in repair. The complex is very quiet and friendly I highly recommend them!

    I have lived under this management company for almost 5 years. They are very quick to respond when you have questions or need something done with in the property. The area is very quiet and clean. They also don't up your rent by crazy amounts yearly which os definitely a plus as well! I would recommend this company to friends and family :)

    Woodlander Apartments are in a great location. Grocery, Gas, restaurants, banking and more are within a one-mile radius. East side Walmart is 5 minutes max, downtown is about 7 minutes, Missouri Boulevard maybe 12-15 minutes. Despite being East Side, it feels like it's central to everything. Highway 50 is two turns away from the parking lot. It's crazy convenient to get just about anywhere. Our apartment is extremely well laid out, no wasted spaces, and in good repair. Maintenance is responsive ...
    whenever needed. Hallways are arranged for minimal foot traffic from non-residents. Top floor apartments have clerestory windows and are just flooded with natural light. Parking is close and convenient. Upper floor apartments have small balconies, ground floor have small patios. Always easy to step out and just get a breath of fresh air. This is not a new property, but is is well taken care of. We are very happy here.

    The units are dated but for tne price and size are quite lovely. Having balcony space is a huge plus. Very easy to talk to folks and I have not had any issues with neighbors.

    My boyfriend and I are 20 and moving into our first place together, and this was the highest rated. This place was definitely built in 1989. The bathroom and kitchen floors are an ugly yellow with blue lines, and the stove and oven are ancient, and the fridge is small. the neighbors are loud and noisy, especially bumping music all the time. But other than the floors and kitchen, it isn't too bad. Just wish i had chosen a different place
