Me my son and husband had lived here for a year and loved how quiet and how fast management was to get things done. If we move back to Kansas I would definitely move back in. I highly recommend management is very friendly and helpful and very understanding. This is a place we had called home and still call home.

we've lived here NOT EVEN TWO MONTHS and in this time we've had alot of issues NOISE IN THE PARKING LOT AT 4 AM A GROUP OF MEN THE FRONT OFFICE WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT!!! AND LAST NIGHT SOMEONE BROKE INTO OUR CAR AND STOLE OUR SOUND SYSTEM this complex has cameras SADLY WE CANT FIND ANYONE WHO WORKS IN THE FRONT OFFICE WEVE GONE UP THERE AND CALLED 5 TIMES TODAY besides those issues we've our water heater was busted when we moved in so after a day here our carpets were soaked along with electrical ...

I moved in shortly after the new managers took over in 2012 and I stayed the entire year. I was skeptical at first, but I was amazed at the transformation. New exterior paint, landscape, parking lot stripes, and lighting goes a long way. They completely remodeled the units and they look great! Any problem I encountered with the unit the maintenance staff attended to it and fixed it in less than 24 hours. The office staff was always attentive to my needs. Only bad thing was the pool is closed and ...
