I turned in my application and was asked how soon did I want to move in. I said as soon as I can. I moved in the next day. Manager is very personable and knows each apartment. Maintance is really fast to respond and very nice. Rent is very reasonable and I have no issues with other residents. Its is a perfect fit for my partner and I. They are older but in my opinion thats better. They were built with stronger materials than the newer "Lego" apartments. Thick walls with insulation make it nice in ...

The apartments are getting older. Rent is very reasonable. Maintenance man is quick to respond when needed but there is only one. Internet speed is good, not amazing. Wind blows through the door cracks and having cockroach problems this year. The pool is taken care of. Lawns not so much. Easy access to main roads in town.
