NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY APARTMENT!!!!
August 22, 2018Don’t bother moving here if you have children!! There’s 1 tenant who hates kids and complains constantly, threatens the kids & intimidates them simply for doing normal activities such as hanging outside, playing, running around or playing catch. The landlord sides with the tenant and believes all her complaints and sends out threatening notices to the tenants about their kids because they get tired of hearing this tenants constant complaints. April 14, 2017After some years I can truly say I love the apartment layout ,huge balconies . Giant living room walk in closet huge washer dryer inside. Safe area to where I feel my kids can safely walk to and from school, definitely a good neighborhood to raise kids .Doesnt have that cramped apartment feeling at all , feels more like a town home due to square feet. Close to everything and away from gridlock traffic. The people and management here make it feel like one giant family,I've had nothing but positive ...experiences here. March 28, 2017I moved to this apartments recently and I cannot be happier. Under new ownership and management this place is really nice. Katie the manager is the best, she is not only sweet but she takes care of any issues we could have at the apartment and she does it with a smile, the way she handle things reflects on how much the owner cares about the tenants. This place is quiet, is beautiful and I'm planning on staying here for a very long time, I will highly recommend this place to anybody.Review from Apartments.com
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
April 20, 2016Maintenance requests take months to be handled and when they are done its just a mickey mouse job, they never really fix things they just cover them up. There are abandoned cars in the garages, dumpster divers all night, garages and storages are broken into regularly. Your electricity bills will be an arm and a leg because everything is electrical. They will not upgrade anything in your apartment unless you move out so that they can charge the next tenant $600 more monthly rent. Hardly anyone ...cleans up after their dogs, dog feces all over the grass. Washers in laundry room do not work properly. There is never an answer at the office just an answering machine. Gate locks are always broken and alley entrance doors are missing or open. Only thing that is nice about this apartment is the area it is in (besides the alley behind it). Awful place to live
April 4, 2016I lived here for 2 1/2 years. While living here I had another tenant hoarding garbage in his garage which included the items he got out of the dumpster. Despite reporting this to property management on numerous occasions nothing was done. The fitness equipment is old and run down, the gates are always broken so you will frequently have solicitors coming to your apartment door to sell you things, there are several families that live on the grounds that have children running around the pool area ...unsupervised, and the mailboxes are frequently broken into. This apartment building is the worse!!
April 29, 2013Do not move here!! They are nice and professional until you move in. If you have any maintenance problem, you can wait forever and they will never come and fix it. The management office is a joke because there's no Manager. Every time you call the office you get the answer machine and if you're luncky and ask for the Manager, you'll get different names every time. I so regret the moment I decided to move here.
