Love This Apartment Complex
July 27, 2025I lived at this complex for 2 1/2 years. Left to live in a house we own last month, nothing wrong with the complex. We actually really loved this community. The apartments are well kept, the halls and elevator stayed super clean. Maintenance was always on top of everything we needed. The outside is always. taken care of. It's peaceful, safe, and nice to take your pup on a walk around. We enjoyed the pool and special events they complex would throw. The staff were always super nice and ...accommodating. I actually miss living there already. haha Realistically we wanted our money spent on rent to go to our own pocket on a house, that's the only reason we left. I appreciated living there and would highly recommend it to everyone I know.Property Manager Responded

Lovely place with a Community Feel
August 13, 2024I left Woodmont primarily to save a little money. What I regret is not having the hindsight to know that the few hundred dollars I'd be saving, I'd lose much more in value. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The amenities are excellent (with the exception of the package delivery system). The groundskeepers are on it with their expertise, as well as down-to-Earth and friendly demeanor. The front staff is knowledgeable and willing to help. The layout of the grounds are perfect for ...meeting your neighbors, as the buildings are in a circular fashion, with the center being scenic and communal. My only drawback worth mentioning is the Hello Package system. Your packages can be delivered to a secured building within the grounds. This is uber convenient; HOWEVER, I routinely was never given a code to retrieve my package, prompting me to have to call the front office to get a temporary code. It was frustrating, but given the overall luxury and homey feel of the place, I decided not to consider it in my 5 stars assessment. Well done, Woodmont.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 3, 2024My husband and I moved here 2 years ago and can't be happier! We sold our 2 story, 4 bedroom house and moved here. The staff is great ....from front office to Maintenance. Coastal Transfer
June 19, 2023I was asked to look at these apartments and carriage houses for my daughter and her boyfriend, who will be moving from California to start a new chapter in Pennsylvania. I met Carolyn as soon as I arrived. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and more than happy to answer my hundred plus questions. The common room and game room were larger than any I had seen in all the other apartments I head toured. The outdoor pool and barbecue area looked brand new. Everything was very updated and ...immaculate. The two 24 hour gyms had the newest equipment. We decided we wanted a little more room than a regular apartment so Carolyn was nice enough to show me a carriage house. I knew the carriage house was the way to go as soon as we went inside. My daughter said Carolyn made the process of doing all the paperwork from California was very easy and they soon signed their lease. Friendly and competent staff
January 19, 2023We are becoming new residents and I just have to say that my experience with Carolyn has been amazing. She is friendly, yet professional and has answered all of my questions. The whole transition has been smooth so far. Carolyn is quick to respond to anything I need. I believe Woodmont made the right decision having Carolyn has one of the first points of contact for leasing. She is very competent and makes you feel welcome. Sevice dog issues

Avoid the first floor like a plague
September 23, 2018Overall decent apartments and amenities. However, NEVER EVER take a first floor apartment in this place. I was unfortunate to be in an apartment with constant unbearable noise above me at all times. Hardwood floors don't help and there are minimal carpeting requirements. Do not make the mistake I made. And it does not seem like I am the only person going through this torture. I never write online reviews, but I do not want others to suffer what I am going through.Property Manager Responded
