Yes I salute the staff of Woodridge especially Ms.Cindy and Shayla they do an excellent job there very nice and if u have a problem they are on top of it they fix it right away inside are outside problem that come up they care about their tenants and I recommend staying at Woodridge a very peaceful place to stay they have security cameras that I find very helpful in making me feel safe they have paid parking spaces that I find very convenient with tow truck on call for ...

other people parking in your spot and they have a curfew to that i find great and very helpful Woodridge is home for me very peaceful place to live

I called and got information right before the holiday. I waited an entire week after the holiday to call back after they requested I send information on the initial call. These people don’t answer the phone or allow you to leave a voicemail. I assume I can’t live here. It’s a shame because you were my first choice.

I lived here for a year and I recommend that you rent somewhere else. I was paying a water bill but randomly had hot water, the roaches were ridiculous and the apartments never tried to get a better exterminator the stuff he sprays just feeds the roaches. If they see trash everywhere outside and they know you have kids they will put a 50-100$ lease violation on your door even if they don't know who kids put the trash. When you move out make sure they give you a print out saying you owe a zero ...

balance I moved out and paid all the fees they said I owed and they even gave me my receipt I tried to get another apartment and was denied because they put a water bill on my credit for 200$ that I didn't even create..Don't move here and if you do keep your receipts for everything..

Im actually living there at the moment, and have to say I have never in my life have I lived in such HORRIBLE apartments. I couldn't do anything anymore once I signed the contract. Didn't have a chance to actually see what was wrong with it. 1. The was no cold water in the second bath room. 2. Later on that year there was no more cold water in the bedrooms bath room. So I have to put hot water in a bucket and wait till it cools down to take a bath. 3. Wanted to put out some patio lights ...

and I did. Then got a notice to take it off or pay a fee 4. The kitchen sink didn't work anymore. So it flooded. Took them like 4 days to repair it when I called them like 5 times and went to the office like 2 time to let them know what was going on. And there's more. Etc etc... just make sure you check all the defects before you sign anything.
