Water leaking from the roof
February 27, 2024We’ve been here since I was in elementary school. Our apartment leaks every other month. We have to clean and clean all of our appliances after almost flooding because of how long we have to wait for the maintenance man. I’m not sure why we have to wait for someone who needs to retire because whenever they do finally arrive…and I quote “don’t know what to do”. These are his exact words. So don’t even waist your time. If having reliable water is important to you…
February 26, 2024Don’t move here. The people are nice, and the apartments are decent, but expect to be without water at least once a week and often more frequently. The frequent email notices read that the water will be shut off imminently and turned back on at some undisclosed period of time so basically with no warning at all. Would not recommend
September 12, 2022Location is wonderful! Apartments are out of date. I moved in and apartment was not cleaned. Food was left behind from previous tenant. Food was stuck in the sink and there was a syringe left in the kitchen cabinet. The bathrooms were not cleaned and one of the toilets was leaking. I reported this the day after signing my lease. I was told maintenance was being sent out and he was. All he did was leave the cabinets open toilet has yet to be fixed 2 weeks later. I forgot to mention painters left ...painting kit behind in kitchen cabinets. Water was shut off with no notice. Inquired about it the next day and was advised there was an emergency shut off. 10/10 would not recommend.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Neighbors smoking, expose your family to 2nd hand smoke
November 13, 2019The guy below me sits in his apartment all day and chain smokes, the second hand smoke comes up to my apartment and everytime i get home from work the smoke hits me in the face. I have to expose my 10 month old to this and its terrible. I asked the office to relocate apartments or even upgrade and they basically said i have to wait till my lease is up.Also The brand new stainless steel fridge has gone out on me twice costing me hundreds with reimbursement requests ignored. October 25, 2017I have lived here for four years and l love it here. The management is great. I have a problem all I have to do is pick up the phone. The maintance guys are great they try get everything fixed at one time. I would hate to try and find another apartment complex as good as this one. October 24, 2017I am a resident here (Q 10). This is a good apartment to live and the management here is great. Manager is very kind and helpful. The cost performance here is very high. There is a swimming pool and tennis court here, and you can find everything you need here, like gas station, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. I like living here, it is so convenient.Review from Apartments.com

October 24, 2017I live in this apartment. To be honest, this is a good apartment. It is very convenient to live here. There are two gas stations around the apartment; Kroger is just 3 mins away from the apartment; and all kinds of restaurants are around here. What's more, there are two parks around the apartment.
