Worst Place I’ve ever lived
May 28, 2021Between the noise, the smoke, the 76 rules, the $8 it cost me to do a load of laundry, the horrible parking, the staff, and the payment processes I cannot give this place a worse rating. I regret moving here and they will not let you sublet. You’re stuck.Review from Apartments.com

Look Somewhere Else
August 1, 2019This place is infested with termites. I am actually not sure how they get away with it. I mean crawling on the window and throughout bedrooms. Dead rats in the swimming pool, vandalism, apartment break-ins, domestic violence. All this has occurred and not one thing has been done by the staff. Video cameras are for show and will not be used to assist you in any way. No interior upgrades for decades.Review from Apartments.com
Looks are deciving
April 25, 2016The are very strick on rules.. no kids on grass, no chalk on walk ways ,the play ground is a joke and the pool rules... don't even get me started I don't even use it because of them. They have the same appliances and cabinets as they did 20 years ago. The kitchen cabinets if they fall apart the just try to repair even if nails are showing. The only improvements they do are to the grounds, never upgrades to the inside of the apartments. No Bbq's are allowed to be used and there is no parking for ...guest's with out it being a major ordeal. if you complain to much they put you at the bottom of the repair list when you need things worked on.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
San Diego Country Living
August 14, 2015Yes I live in Eastern San Diego but we have the country life out here. Not only do we live close to anything you may want (Starbucks and Albertsons grocery are walking distance and a rodeo that has real live rodeos with concerts from some major stars) but the apartments are well maintained, huge 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms or 3 bedroom/2 bath. Huge. I mean you can have the offensive line of the San Diego Chargers sitting on the floor and still have enough room to walk around! We also have a ...fireplace (which is unheard of in San Diego)!! Bottom line, we are fenced in so only 1 way in or out (which makes great defense in case of a zombie outbreak) and with friendly management makes this place better than all others!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
