January 11, 2023Woods Mill was, hands down, the best apartment/townhome complex we have ever lived in. Right from the start, meeting Joe (the best leasing agent ever) we knew Woods Mill would be home. We lived in one of the townhomes and it was amazing – the appliances were new and full sized, the counter tops were beautiful, the wood floors (not sure if they’re real or not, but they look real) are so much nicer than the ugly laminate “tiles” we’ve encountered in so many other apartment complexes, and the unit ...is massive! Any maintenance issue we had (which were always minor) were addressed quickly and thoroughly. The maintenance team is amazing – they were always so friendly and, the times they came when I was home alone, I never felt uneasy being alone with them. There was one time that we accidentally locked ourselves out of our unit at like 7pm, right as a thunderstorm was rolling in, and maintenance got to us within 20 minutes to let us in – it was amazing and we were so grateful to them! Joe goes above and beyond to make the experience of living at Woods Mill phenomenal. The cost of the unit was amazing, given what all you get with it – I think it’s far better priced than some of the other options in the area. We only used the pool a couple times, but it was nice and clean and it’s nice how it’s kind of private (aka – not facing a busy road). Overall, I would recommend Woods Mill to anyone who might ask – we were so sad when it was time to move out! I guess the only heads up I’d give is that geese love the complex, so be aware of that! Amazing experience
November 17, 2021We lived at Woodsmill Village for 2 years while trying to find a house in this crazy market and we LOVED it. It's very quiet, super nice neighbors, super nice office staff. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of landscaping and large trees. They do an amazing job of keeping the grounds up and making repairs quickly. We had our own little yard and a garage, and the apartment itself was so cozy with tons of storage. The exposed brick everywhere was both a cool feature and also really helped ...with blocking out basically all sound from neighbors. On top of all of that, the pool is amazing and hardly ever crowded. The location also cannot be beat, 1 min. from 141 and next to a ton of stores, grocery, restaurants, fast food etc. We really could not recommend it enough.Property Manager Responded

Quiet Community
March 22, 2013We lived at Woodsmill Village for a few years and really liked it. It is a quiet place without alot of people moving in and out all the time. There are lots of big trees which I love. I had my own private little yard which was nice. And a garage! The community is older so there are some things that need repair like sidewalks and the pool. but overall the staff does a good job of completing any repairs. Office staff is very nice and all neighbors were nice too.Review from Apartments.com
