So far it has been excellent!
February 21, 2022My wife and I has been living here for 2 years and so far the place, the apartment and the management has been great. They have help us quickly on every problem or issue we had so far. The location is close to different schools, department stores, restaurants and about 15 to 20 minutes away from the BMW plant.Property Manager Responded

Great and affordable place to Live
February 21, 2022I've been living here for 3 years, it's a good and affordable place to live, considering the location and the cost of other places to rent around here. Maintenance has always been available when I have needed something, as well as the manager. Worse place to live!
February 18, 2022The property is in a beautiful and quiet area, but your life will be miserable if you come here. Maintenance is the worse. They never fix anything, and when they do it's because the tenant has reported the same issues multiple times. I have never been able to use my bathroom on the second floor because it doesn't work and when I told maintenance he check it and said it was fine but when I try to use it didn't flush. My cabinets are old and in pretty bad shape, so much that one of the doors fell ...off when my wife opened it. We kept reporting it, so the maintenance guy went and he put a screw. At this point it has more than 30 screws and pieces of wood everywhere to hold it up but it looks ugly and unsafe. Some doors won't close so my wife and I decided not to use it, because she's afraid it might fall off. The play ground is in bad shape with broken steps and rust on the slide. The pipes are old and in poor condition. They get clogged all the time and water seeps through the ceiling. The floor is low quality and If you move any type of furniture it will break. The laundry is disgusting, it is always dirty and wet. The washing and drying machines break down all the time and they fix them after several months. Beside that some dryers wouldn't heat so is a waste your money and time.Property Manager Responded

El mantenimiento aqui es de lo peor
May 6, 2020No vengan para aca la gerente es fastidiosa se la pasa chismiando en la oficina con uno de los de mantenimiento el tal sujeto se la pasa vijilando para luego ostigar con sus reglas sin sentido. Ellos quieren hacer a los inquilinos cumplir las reglas y ellos no pueden mantener estos apartamentos uno puede escuchar al vecino caminar porque el piso esta esquiqui las ventanas no cierran bien el aire acondicionado no enfria en el segundo piso...yo compre una estufa porque ellos no querían poner ...una .un dia mi esposo se enojó y les dijo que trajeran una estufa que funcionara. Los muy miserables trajeron una y quitaron mi estufa y el cable de mi estufa le pusieron a la estufa que ellos instalaron . Otra cosa todos los demás apartamentos ellos reemplazan las persianas esta gente no tienen unas persianas hasta tostadas están de viejas y con nada se quiebran hagan algo no solo agarren el dinero de uno. Otra cosa meten a cualquier gente los fines de semana no hay descanso aquí los vecinos hacen fiestas ponen bocinas hasta las 2 de la mañana. Y la gerente dice que nadie dice nada. Cambien esa gerente y ese maitro de mantenimiento que es un mal encarado un día acuso a mi hijo de que el le robó un celular a un técnico de cable. Esta gente es hostil. The area is good BUT
October 9, 2017The office manager is horrible. She’s rude when she wants to be towards the tenants. The floors squeak, the appliances are outdated, the outside window frame is peeling and rusting. They have YET to fix that. Rent goes up every lease renewal and THEY DONT update anything unless it breaks. Prepare for your power bill to be at least 200$, usually more, during the summer months because of poor insulation and old air units. Horrible place/staff
August 20, 2017The walls are real thin. You can hear your neighbors walking up and down the stairs. The stairs sound like you are going to fall through them. The ac units are ancient and you will be paying the cost for the lack of update. Every time you renew your lease the price goes up but yet you get no updates in your apartment. The paper work they give you upon moving in is very unprofessional. On numerous occasions i would fill out a form i was required too and then the lady in office would say she does ...not have it. They are always trying to find a way to get more money out of you. Always paying your rent on time and keeping your apartment in good order is not enough. Okay housing...
February 5, 2016The place needs work! The pictures posted are the pictures of the show case apartment! 2-3 bedroom apartment have stairs that squeak. You can hear your neighbors going up the stairs and walking around up stairs and they will NOT fix them!! My downstairs stays cold in the winter and hot in the summer-there are cracks rant let your heat and air out, increasing your electric bill in the process. They won't fix that either!
