I have been living at Woodvine apts for 11 months and i can tell is a very peaceful place to live; but i want to highlight that the current manager has been an outstanding help for all residents; she is dependable, responsible, hard working and friendly; so because of all this i definitely recommend this place to live.

I just want to say that the landlord that is running these apartments really has a gigantic heart and really cares about their tenants concerns and well being. I just got approved for rental assistance by the city and can breathe again. Thank you for all of your assistance.

poor customer service

office is always closed change of managers every other month and they hire non experience managers to run this place last manager which just left 3 weeks ago was rude and maintenance is bad they say they are managed by a management company but office is always closed . Do not move here I am just waiting for my lease to be up so I can move

been a resident for over 20 years and I love it here they have done so many upgrades and renovations staff is really professional and try their best to please everyone of their residents prices are fair they are all bills paid that is what I love don't have to worry about any bills besides my rent. I recommend them if you are looking for a small and quiet apartment complex.

There are many issues with the management. Turn in problems with the apt and they seem to never get done unless you complain a lot.. The biggest problem is roaches... The seem to be everywhere and the exterminator rarely shows up.. There are also mice.. Horrible. Health dept should be called in!

I recently moved to this property on March and I am very happy here was debating due to the area but this place is so quiet and my landlord really tries to make it a better place for us they are doing upgrades and remodeling since I moved in place looking much better im a happy renter
