On the opposite end of the living area is the 2nd bedroom. It has a partial entry to bring in some definition and privacy. As you walk in, you can see double french doors that opens up to the deep and wide closet. To proceed to the main bedroom, which is directly across the living area. A very large and spacious room that gives privacy a whole new meaning. As you enter the master bathroom you will notice how large it is. The toilet is encased by 2 walls to give the privacy we need. The bathtub is large and closed in with 2 walls. As you proceed through the door next to the large cabinets and space for many necessaties, you can walk in to a very spacious closet for his & hers sides a shelves as high as the ceiling. Going out to the main area you can walk out to a very large privacy patio with covered plug ins and then another door to the very large,and ceramic tiled floors a many shelves for all the extras we need for holiday decors, pool needs and so much more. There is an on site laundry room for those who need it. A full onsite fitness center across the way. The gated super large spa-like pool with tables and chairs a a huge hibiscus tree adds the special touch of tropics here. We have a very friendly and social community here. The staff leasing, management, grounds keepers, make-readies and maintenance make this place a welcome reality! Very professional, and respectful towards any and every one! We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The 1,380 sq ft unit has a wide entryway, where I have my antique China cabinet. Across from this is a large utility room that has a cabinet above my dryer. As you walk into the main room, a wide open area, to the left is a large dining room, that allows me space for my matching table and 6 chairs, and china cabinet. There's an open kitchen area for family meals and enjoyment. I had so much space, I chose to have my side by side refrigerator/freezer in place of the large standard refrigerator. The large open living room is large and has nice large tiles. There is another another large hallway to enter to the 3rd bedroom and main bathroom. The master bedroom has a large walkin closet through the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. The patio has a door that opens up a storage closet with tiled floors and built-in shelves. The good size patio has safety covered electrical outlet. The staff and management is friendly and professional. They are ready and willing to accomodate you and your needs.You will love this place and happy to call it home.
