Cozy place, lovely team, great value for money

I have lived here for the last year and just renewed for another year. Straight to pros:
- nice and friendly office staff; they are considerate of residents' needs and rights; they will also host lots of community activities like reading clubs and yard sales;
- good security with property gates; maintenance responses are also quick and effective;
- great natural environment with well-cared greenery; can have a great view of the woods if your balcony is facing the hill.
Some minor concerns for ...
the units facing the hill:
- not enough sunlight since it is facing the north, and the air humidity is a little high in summer (not a problem but I personally prefer drier air);
- may have insect issues sometimes, such as paper wasps and big black ants, but the apartment offers adequate pest control appointments and the maintenance staff also respond quickly if it is urgent.
I toured 20+ one-bedroom apartments in Columbus before deciding on this one last year, and I still believe this is among the best I can get given the rental price.
