Great property, excellent service
October 29, 2025I toured this property on 10/15/2025. I met with Lana, who was exceptionally helpful, kind and professional. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was impressed with the models I saw and how sprawling the whole area was. She shared the exciting future changes and upgrades being made. Love it!
May 22, 2025I’ve been here for roughly 5 months and I absolutely love it! Of course there’s been a couple small maintenance issues, but they’ve been taken care of super fast. Miss Erica is the one who assisted in the application process and she was such a delight. Peaceful Living in the Heart of Franklin – A Hidden Gem!
May 22, 2025I’ve been living at Wyndchase Aspen Grove for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. Pros: • Location: You can’t beat the convenience. It’s just minutes from CoolSprings Galleria, I-65, and plenty of dining and shopping. Despite being so central, the community feels tucked away and peaceful. • Community Feel: The landscaping is well-maintained, and the grounds are clean. It has a nice suburban charm with tree-lined streets and walking areas. • Maintenance Team: Responsive and ...professional. Any issues I’ve had were taken care of promptly, which makes a huge difference in daily living. • Amenities: The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are well-kept and rarely overcrowded. The gym isn’t massive but has everything I need. • Pet-Friendly: Big plus if you have pets. There’s even a small dog park and plenty of areas to walk your pup. Cons: • Parking: It’s generally okay, but during peak hours, spots near your unit might be limited—especially in certain buildings. • Interior Upgrades: Some units have been renovated and look great, but others still have older finishes. If updated interiors matter to you, it’s worth asking about before leasing. Final Thoughts: Wyndchase Aspen Grove has been a solid choice for apartment living in Franklin. Don’t do it.
August 1, 2024The latest property manager doesn’t care about the quality of living. She doesn’t return calls or answer emails. The pools are swamps. The gym equipment doesn’t work. The sprinklers haven’t come on once this year, even before the drought and the grass is dead. Roaches. The public brings aggressive dogs to the dog park. The gate still doesn’t work. Mass emails are sent blaming residents for her lack of oversight. Example, they don’t service the 30 year old AC units but an email advised there’s a ...“20 degree rule” so if it’s 101 outside, the AC needs to be set to 81-crazy excuse to line your own pockets. Worst Property and Berkshire just wants your $$
September 11, 2021As the property values have risen in this over 30 year property thinks they are as good as the brand news. I was given a lease renewal of $400 after being a good tenant for many years with ontime payment history. All they care about his the bottom line and $$$ they will toss you out on the street with no place to go. The maintenance is as nasty as the property manager. It is a regular occurence for the dumpster to be overfilled sitting there weeks at a time. Not worth the price at all!Review from Apartments.com
