Nice staff, pleasant neighbors
March 23, 2017The complex has quick access to the loop. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby, without even getting on the freeway. Chipotle, sonic, Whataburger, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Starbucks, Burgerfi, Outback Steakhouse, cheddars, Jason's deli, Chuy's, Texas Longhorn steakhouse, BJ's, Hayashi, and more all within a couple of blocks. I'm in a 2b/2b. Parking has never been a problem (well trucks don't fit in the garages so I use open parking), and I never used the covered parking but it's cheap and ...would pay for itself if there's ever a hailstorm. Bathrooms are have lots of space, as do the closets. Not much to say here, other than I haven't had any real problems with the apartment. If I did, Joe (maintenance) fixed it so quickly I forgot about it. Dog park is nice to have, porches for every apt. My wife and I really enjoyed our time here. Quiet. Tons of storage. Good management.
August 20, 2015I have lived here for 8 months now and am impressed by the complex as a whole. They have no breed restrictions on pets but the complex stays clean and is quiet. (They even have a small dog park on property.) They have a good management and maintenance teams, always professional and prompt to respond to issues. Additionally, as a single woman, I feel safe here. Overall, it's nothing fancy but it's a good quality space for a reasonable price.Review from Apartments.com
