The reason I say it’s ok, Is because the neighborhood is quiet and it stays clean. It’s a place where the people are friendly. Ok now they never ever fix anything, the roaches have to live in the wall, the stray cats ARE EVERYWHERE. Because of the cats I wouldn’t dare think I’ll have rats, but I did. I called and called and called abt the roach problem and the rat problem and basically we had to fix it ourselves. They have all The excuses on why they cast fix anything and when u stop a ...

These apartment had 1.00 application fee 100 to get it. Three hundred first month second month where two hundred which i found helpful just moving. The office is understanding and considerate and they listen and fix things when necessary
