Great central Omaha location
November 21, 2018I lived at Wyndham Hill by Broadmoor for 2.5 years. It has been an excellent experience. Great, central Omaha location just shy of 90th and Dodge. Easy to jump on Dodge and/or I80/680 interchange and get just about anywhere else in town. We have had neighbors on either side of our apartment and above and have never experienced any troubles with that or noise. When searching for apartments in Omaha, this seemed to be the best bang for our buck. A lovely home
November 19, 2018We have been here for about 6 months and knew after viewing nearly 15 apartment complexes that this is where we wanted to be. From the moment we stepped foot on the property the staff has been downright fantastic and so accommodating. We love our building and can always find a friendly face down the hall. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved and I have never felt uncomfortable asking questions. Residents are quiet, respectful and friendly. We have monthly get-togethers which have been awesome. ...A cool perk about living here is they provide grocery carts to help you carry stuff from your car up to your room! Very helpful. Amazing staff
May 21, 2017The front office staff are friendly and always greet and remember you by name. They genuinely care about you and are very easy to get ahold of for any questions or issues. There are many events held at the clubhouse to meet neighbors and the pool is always quiet and well kept. Definitely a great location and easy access to 680 and Dodge.Property Manager Responded

Worry-Free Living
August 16, 2015I have nothing but good things to say about Wyndham Hill Apartments and the Broadmoor Group's management of them. The apartments are spacious and mine was fully updated when I moved in. It is quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors (which is important for someone who occasionally works nights). The tall ceilings and non-white walls make it feel like a home instead of an apartment. Now, to the management. The grounds, which include many trees, are always upkept. The pool is never crowded and the ...workout facilities and sauna are nice. I have had a couple maintenance issues while living here and the staff went above and beyond to correct those issues immediately. They have even done little things like hang my curtain rods and bring large packages left at the office to my apartment for me, which I didn't expect from apartment management. I am very picky about where I live and have never felt truly relaxed in an apartment, but I have been able to in my 3 years at Wyndham Hills. I work very long and strange hours.
