I would like to start off by saying these apartments look NOTHING like what these photos are displaying. Plants and trees look horrible also add to the filthy look of the complex. The parking sucks ! As a tenant your only allowed 1 space and you’re literally crammed in. If you have company they must park on a street that cars speed on like it’s a highway. cars. There is ALWAYS glass in the road from either a robbery or a damaged vehicle. How lucky we as tenants are to have onsite laundry that DOES NOT WORK. Washers don’t clean your clothes and there’s rarely working dryers. And people from around the complex go and remove your items from the machines. Trash area is horrendous and there are tuns of stray cats. Some of the tenants let their dog poop directly in front of the walk in gate or on the sidewalk where people park. Apartments are DEFINITELY roach infested it’s absolutely disgusting. Mail gets wet while it’s INSIDE your mailbox when it rains. Last but not least I don’t know who came up with the building plan but these apartments are very poor built and ventilated which cause a mold issue and they are not equipped with air units. In the spring & summer months it’s so hot it feels like your going to suffocate and there’s no exaggeration there. Apartments only equipped with old school vent like wall units.
