    I recently vacated my apartment at Wynmere Chase because the yearly rent increases became completely unreasonable. The amount they are charging now is excessive, especially considering there are brand-new apartment communities being built all around the area that are offering lower monthly rents and far more updated amenities. It became impossible to justify continuing to pay increasing prices for an older apartment when newer properties nearby are more affordable. Rent increases year after year ...
    without meaningful improvements to match the cost simply pushed me to leave. While the location was convenient, affordability matters, and Wynmere Chase has priced itself beyond what many long-term residents can reasonably sustain. I would strongly encourage prospective renters to compare prices with newer communities before signing a lease here.

    Mice Infestation - 6 Months and No Resolution!

    DO NOT MOVE HERE – HORRIBLE LIVING CONDITIONS! For the past six months, my neighbor and I have been battling a severe mouse infestation that began in October 2024, with absolutely no resolution. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, the office staff and maintenance team have shown complete disregard for our concerns, seemingly only interested in collecting rent while ignoring these hazardous conditions. Since January, I have been unable to sleep in my own bedroom because mice were coming ...
    through the walls and leaving droppings in my bed. I was forced to sleep on my couch—until last night, when I came home to find mouse droppings all over my sectional. This is beyond disgusting and unacceptable. My neighbor and I are at our wits’ end. Mice carry diseases, and we are being forced to live in unsafe, uninhabitable conditions. The lack of action and accountability from management is appalling. If you value your health and sanity, stay far away from these apartments.

    Mice Infestation in Apartments: DO NOT RENT!

    I would strongly advise against renting at Wynmere Chase Apartments. I’ve been dealing with a severe mice infestation for the past six months, and the management has done absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Mice are a serious health hazard, and I’ve had droppings all over my beds, furniture, and appliances. The maintenance team is completely unresponsive and ineffective when it comes to addressing this problem. I even requested a rent deduction until the issue was resolved, but they told me that ...

    The property needs a whole new up grade as they go up on rent. Old appliances and animal smelly dirty carpet. Bathroom ceiling always leaked from the upstairs apartment. All maintenance did was patch up with tape and paint over it.
