Incompetent Management

Embarrassingly bad management. Property manager does not respond, is rude and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest avoiding any BrickHugger properties.

The ylofts are very poorly operated and maintenance is unavailable.
They do not answer emails or phone calks.
The noise level in the building was ridiculous at times and loud alarms that go off and with no manager on sight.
My window would not close and maintenance wouldn’t fix correctly- so in the middle of winter my window stood open a full inch- it would not close not would yloft repair it properly.
My experience there was awful.

Great apartments at a reasonable price and very modern! There is covered and assigned parking in the building which is hard to find in the Downtown area.

I've lived in many different apartment buildings and Y Lofts is by far my favorite! The building has secured entrance for residents as well as covered parking which is great for living in Downtown Tulsa. The units are newly renovated and energy efficient, plus they have tons of different floor plans to choose from. The location is perfect and prices are reasonable for the area. The community at Y Lofts has been very friendly and welcoming! It is an all around great place to live and enjoyable.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment! it’s HUGE for a studio, but affordable. I love that I can park in my own garage, and walk downtown when I go to hang with friends. After I moved in, the leasing manager AND THE OWNER of the building both reached out to make sure I was settled in well, and have always been extremely accessible when I have any questions at all. My renewal is coming up for my one year, and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Five stars all the way!
Poorly remodeled and managed

- Cockroaches
- Ceiling leaked when it rained
- Barking dogs
- Pee stains on hallway carpets
- No close place for dogs to use restroom
- Looks like remodel was never finished – missing baseboards, dirty, dusty
- Elevators very frequently out of service and loudly beeping
- Traffic noise is horrible at all hours
- Closet wasn’t finished when I moved in
- Larger packages left outside of doorway – free access for anyone to take
- Workout facility equipment old and outdated
- Management staff very ...

- Unable to get my mail forwarded after moving because the address is listed as a business, not residential; will be a problem for any future tenants that move out; still ongoing after two months
- Large homeless population nearby at all hours
- Single washer/dryer unit burned clothes – had to do laundry elsewhere
- Was not allowed to buy-out my contract
