High Cost for Unclean and Old apartment

They towed my car in the first week of school without notice and I had a parking decal. Had to call all over to find my car and had to pay $150. Utilities are extremely high for no reason and appliances in the kitchen are old. Definitely can find better value for money in Columbia.

The apartment was dirty. Mold in washer, dryer, dishwasher, grout in shower. The hvac unit was full of dust, dirt, mold and dirty filter laying to the side. Room smelled of weed and cigar smoke. Carper nasty. Sticky. Live roaches even in refrigerator. Fire alarms laying on counter in kitchen, disconnected and no batteries.

Beware of high utility bills and poor maintenance

Bills were much more than other similar apartments, maintenance not good, flooding, painting, lot of renovation going on, gates to parking often breaking down - no customer service, typical response ‘we are very busy and may not respond to your request’
