March 6, 2025Management is terrible. I lived here for 2.5 years. Location is great but building and amenities are dated. But the big problem is the indecency and bad faith of the management company. My original contract had a mistake in my favor (much lower rent price). I accepted a contract modification to correct the mistake. When I noticed a different mistake but this time in their favor, they did not show the same good faith to correct the mistake. Customer service is terrible and it’s impossible to talk ...to someone with some level of empathy. I highly recommend staying away from this property or any property managed by this company. Messy Management
November 23, 2019I have no Idea why they have 5 stars. The security is zero, the receptionists do not do their job, staying always in their phones and not knowing about what is going on. The adm. is using 3rd party for security so they say they don't have control over it. The delivery is very messy, they loose packages often and you have to fight your way in the delivery room to find you package in the middle of 1000 other ones. The alarm is always going off. October 2, 2019Pros: - It's in Brickell, and some of the end units have water views Cons: - A/C never worked well in the gym. - During my time living there, it was a near-weekly occurrence that 1 of the 3 elevators would be out of service. One would be out of service for a few days at a time, then work again, and then a week or so later, another elevator would be broken. When that happens it takes forever, especially during "rush hour" in the morning and evenings, to get to and from your floor. - Likewise, ...the management "routinely" services the A/C systems on the roof, at which time there is no A/C in your apartment. They do it year round (even in the summer!). While that's usually during the day when most are at work, A) pets suffer!, and B) it would sometimes not come on until after midnight! - Again, as many other people have stated-- they act like crooks during move-out. We were luckily told by a maintenance man before we moved out of this, but they will do anything to keep as much of your security deposit as possible. If you do not have your apartment "professionally cleaned", they will charge you a crazy high fee to do so. I got a cleaning company to come in before I moved out to save cash. ALSO, they'll charge to re-paint the walls even if it's just because of "normal wear & tear"! I took a ton of photos before I moved out of my entire apartment-- when they said it was messy I showed them the photos and cleaning service receipt as proof. BOOM! - Lastly-- every renter has to pay their share of the building's common utilities (lights in the garage and lobby, water for the sprinkler system, etc.). Whole bunch of fake reviews made from the company
February 5, 2019It is the worst place to live. Take this review seriously. First of all I am having an issue with them has been for years, for some reason they show on my renters history that I have an evicition, it has been 3 years already and they don’t take that mistake out!!! I can’t rent a place anymore “thanks” to them. The worst part of that? They don’t care. Try to contact them and you will find out how they care about you as a tenant: No one EVER answer the phone (and their e-mail contact on their ...website Never works either.. so imagine be living in place where you can Never reach the office). Now other issues as a tenant: are outdated, the worst apartment in the entire brickell. the construction noise, the traffic, the price is super expensive and not worth at all, you can find newer apartments updated for cheaper price, the gym was always broken and the employee (the cleaner guy) always watching me drooling while I try to workout in peace or go anywhere in the apartment (last time I went there few months ago the creepy guy was still there working), the apartment had always something broken and I lost the count of how many days I spent without a/c during the summer. in resume, run away from this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The Good Life at Yacht Club at Brickell
July 20, 2015Sold our house in Coral Gables, kids are now out of college, wife and I wanted to live in downtown Miami. Found the Yacht Club at Brickell almost two years ago. Perfect location, walk to Mary Brickell Village for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Less than a five minute walk from our door to a table for dinner. Sold one of our cars, enjoying fresh clean air off Biscayne Bay. When we hear police sirens it is the police boats on Biscayne Bay. Building has pool, gym, security, friendly ...management staff, prompt and professional maintenance staff. Thought about buying again but why pay HOA and property taxes again? Building is pet friendly and has a mice mix of all ages. Stuck in the burbs? Not sure about living in Downtown Miami? Can't go wrong with Yacht Club at Brickell.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
