While our time at Yankee Hill was never poor, we did experience multiple flaws in what was supposed to be a luxury apartment. Our apartment has windows that leak air at the base of each window which wasn't noticeable upon first moving in due to the weather. The cabinets, refrigerator, windows, and shower handle all had loose parts that needed fixing upon further inspection and would cause an increase in electricity and water bills as they leaked.

lease (the original goal before rent was going to be raised which was mentioned the date that we had to make the decision to renew or to leave) both took multiple communications from our end to receive a response and whether it was due to a faulty system used, or miscommunication between managers, it inconvenienced my partner and I.
The location and overall look of the building are fantastic, and it was great to be next to a grocery store, multiple restaurants, and to be able to overlook the city.
The cost is high compared to other apartments in the area, and laundry adds up (@4.50/load as of writing this review), but if you're looking for style over efficiency/quality, this place can definitely due.
