I love that all the units are single-story, especially coming from previous apartment living where you could hear noises from all angles at all hours of the day/night. It’s so nice and quiet not having anyone above or below you. The homes themselves are surprisingly spacious, and the fact that everything is new has been a big bonus. The community itself has a really friendly vibe, and everyone I’ve interacted with (neighbors, staff, maintenance) has ...been super helpful and easy to talk to.
