May 1, 2023Es el peor lugar para vivir, es malísimo es lo peor que podrás encontrar, llevo casi un año pidiendo a la administración que vengan a solucionar problemas de filtración de agua ya que cada vez que se llueve el agua de filtra al primer piso. Terminará mi contrato y nunca habrán hecho algo, las unidades que se inundan son todas las que están en 143 birch lane. Este complex es una basura, ofrecen gymnasia y está cerrado, ofrecen piscinas y estan las 3 descompuestas, lavandería, lavadoras y secadoras ...malas no limpian la ropa, mantenimiento es malísimo, no vivas aquí, busca otras alternativas. Tuvimos problemas con el piso de el primer y segundo piso, con el aire acondicionado, con la cocina, una puerta se estaba pudriendo pero cuando dejábamos los problemas los de manutención nunca encontraban nada malo. Worst place we ever lived! Unorganized and absolutely unprofessional!!
July 2, 2020The management and maintenance in that apartment complex is a joke! We lived there for 12 month and it was horrible. From mold in the closet, leaking ac unit which FLOODED our apartment for 3 DAYS/NIGHTS, to basic maintenance, they have a non ability to fix maintenance requests. No check ups how status of repairs are, nothing. NOTHING AT ALL! they do not care at all!!! Good luck with reaching out to the management, they are hiding in the office but wont pick up phone if you call, so you better ...get to the office in person.. The GM is a complete joke! No way to call her, also got denied her phone number when asked for, but got told that they leave a message for her because she is not in her office (like always) nor premises most of the time. Miss living here
May 15, 2020We had minor issues with parking, but other than that I loved living there for the year and a half we did. Everywhere else I’ve lived since 2018 has not compared for the price. I was comfortable in my apartment and enjoyed the club house. The ladies there always took care of us and were a pleasure to talk to. I wish I still lived in Alabama. bad management
May 7, 2019My roommate and I were one of the apartments that were broke into when all the break ins were happening. Management did nothing to check in on us and wouldn’t even talk to us about it. It took them a week to fix our back door that was kicked in and all they did was put a chain on it. We did not stay there for three months because we were scared and they would not let us out of our lease. The ladies at the front office are rude and unorganized. December 2, 2018I found a RAT in my kitchen cabinet going through my food, I opened the cabinet while I was in the kitchen cooking look for something I see the rat which was bigger than my puppy run away back on the cabinet and I could hear other rats in my ceiling down stairs, I go talk to the leasing office about the problem and they tell me they are sorry and this is a problem everyone had to deal with unfortunately, then she tells me the maintenance man will be over the same day to handle the holes and the ...Rats and he never comes, also pest control which I pay for every month with my rent won’t be able to come until Monday, I’ve never had any problems with Yester Oaks before but this is unacceptable and thus is not the first time maintenance has been late coming to fix a problem this is really uncomfortable having a rat in this apartment and having to wait for them to fix the problem not knowing when they are gonna do itProperty Manager Responded

Great place to live!!
July 20, 2015From the very beginning, my experience at Yester Oaks has been great!! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating! They are friendly, always there to lend a helping hand, and should any issues arise with the apartment (i.e. maintenance work), they are quick to handle the work. The complex is quite and right off Airport Blvd, one of the main streets in Mobile. The apartments themselves are spacious, well kept, clean, and offer almost all amenities (no microwave).
