I’m a very patient and understanding person, but management here is actually HORRENDOUS and PATHETIC ever since Cushman & Wakefield took over in April 2023 (i was living here already for 2 years prior so i know what to compare it to). DO NOT BOTHER trying to call or schedule a tour because NO one is in the office during listed office hours on their website, they never answer the phone, and I’ve seen them stand up potential renters who came to a scheduled tour. Mail boxes just got fixed after ...
getting broken into, but no one was in the office when they were supposed to be here so the KEYS to the new mailboxes are sitting in an open pile top of the mailboxes. No permanent on-site maintenance person. Also they needed me to send them a copy of MY LEASE that i renewed before they took over because they did NOT have it. And then kept asking me for it because they don’t check emails even though they told me to email it. This company is SO bad, please run far away from them. Also I think they’re lying about square footage because these units are so tiny. Theres a reason why they’re one of the cheapest complexes.
