Okay But Not A Great Area
October 21, 2016The one bedroom apartments are very large compared to most one bedrooms and have vaulted ceilings with wide windows. The apartment complex itself is nice because most people are quiet, the apartments are spacious, etc., but it's in a bad area. The apartment is always infested with some insect, whether it's ants or termites and the property managers will only do the minimum required to address this. I also had my car broken into at 9:30am while it was in the carport within 3 months of moving into ...the apartment. There are no cameras so nothing was ever done about this. You'll also hear loud cars racing on the streets nearby (someone was hit and killed recently) and airplanes going into John Wayne Airport. Yorba Hacienda
September 23, 2015Lovely apartment and a very spacious one bedroom apartment. Great vaulted ceilings. Very bright lighting with a wonderful window seat and view. Manager is very caring and everyone is friendly and quite there. Maintenance fixes are taken care of within 24 hours. You will have your own gated covered carport and you are close to major freeways. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. I do not regrets moving to these apartments.Review from Apartments.com
