    This place is absolutely horrible!! Like the post below me said the rent is on the spot. If it wasn't for the school district, I would have moved out as soon as the leasing office became such a hassle to deal with. They accuse you of things that they have no proof of, they say "numerous" of people have complained about certain situations but yet none of the situations are being taken care of. Oh and if something's broken, you might as well teach yourself how to fix it bc it will never get fixed. ...
    They are absolutely ok with drug deals going down in plain daylight, kids running around unsupervised when the lease says they have to be supervised. These unsupervised kids like to mess with people's cars and just trash the entire community. Like I said before, if it wasn't for the school district, I wouldn't be here.

  • Don't come live here

    September 2, 2015
    The management is never around, You can never get a response on the phone and the office is never open. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money. Due to their extremely ratchet unprofessional behavior, I'm looking for other living accommodations. The rent is on point but not worth it if you're not treated with respect. Outta here.
