December 13, 2016In the beginning of my lease I was impressed with the quick response of the maintenance team to address and resolve issues. My contentment with the apartment soured when I discovered mold surrounding the windows of several rooms in my apartment. I lived with this problem for months. My apartment also flooded for no apparent reason. Periodically, odors from the sink scented the kitchen. June 30, 2016I'm impressed with friendly office staff, always a smile and kind word. Made to feel at home at Yorkleigh Apts. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and prompt to make repairs. The property is well maintained. I can pay rent online, mail it or take it by the office, my choice. I feel safe living here, easy access to job from Gate City Blvd or via I-85.Review from Apartments.com

March 28, 2016Mildew smell they will not pay to get it fixed. Half maintainece work. Things not fixed before move in date. No hot water. In order to pay rent u must drive to Greensboro no office in Jamestown. Can't wait for lease to be up!Review from Apartments.com
