good neighbors , terrible office staff

The property is pretty quiet, I love my neighbors. However my unit has roaches, and the front office staff is incredibly rude and unresponsive to phone calls and emails . They only answer you if it’s beneficial to them. My cars been broken into 3 times over the years as well. They also add delivery services you have to pay for and will do anything for extra revenue.

Yorktown Crossing is a great community to live in. Its is very convenient to many, many restaurants and shopping stores. The front office staff and maintenance crew is always willing to help and are quick to respond to your needs. #CantGetBetterThanThat
