Good property & bad property management

Property is in a good condition and well maintained. The customer service and contract work is painful. What they say and what they write is not same, continuously have to fight for it. Also, sent an invoice for parking which clearly states in the contract that it is included. Have left 5 messages and emails, no response and would not take calls.

My son and I applied for him to take over a lease. there was no open application process, juts a specific process open for him to take over the lease. I paid 330 usd for the application fee to learn that Yugo Deacon does not accept a document for financial income from a person (me as cosigner) who is not from the USA. In 2020 they did accepted, but now 'the rules has changed'. They asked for a 12 month lease payment upfront. To be honest this was in my opinion an invention of the Manager at ...

First of all the pictures on this website are false advertising, that is not what the deacon looks like and most of its “amenities” have been closed all year including the pool, tanning beds, golf simulator, most of the arcade games. in the beginning of the year, their solution to flooding was to move uc students to a hotel in northern Kentucky, over 20 minutes from campus. They put up a sign in the lobby that tells you they are watching you and simply do not seem to respect their tenants at all. ...
I hope they get a taste of reality one day.

My son rented from the deacon. They told he and I they are set up for his coop program and he would not have to pay rent if he is not going to stay there during his coop semester. When it came down to giving them notice he was moving out due to his coop, they denied having promised this. However, they did because i spoke to them multiple times on this issue prior to signing the lease. Ultimately, they refused to attempt to release his space and threatened to take us to court if we did not pay ...

The building is horribly done, nothing like the picture. The staffs are very rude and unhelpful. There were a couple of break-ins and residents never really get noticed. It is an okay place, but definitely not worth the price at all.

I've had a terrible experience living here. It was unfinished and dirty upon my move in, not even my apartment the whole building looked terrible and nothing like what was promised when I signed the lease. The management is terrible they overcharged me in rent for the first 6 months and charged late fee on top of it when it was them who messed up my payments. To this day I still have problems with the management. They make it hard to access the amenities we pay for and the rooms are sooo small ...
for how much you pay a month. It is not worth a penny and its terrible living here almost like a prison. ALSO THE WINDOWS DONT OPEN!

Worst place ever

Worst experience of my entire life living here. Security is terrible I got robbed two times in the matter of 10 minutes I called the police and the emergency deacon security but they never came the entire night. Room had mud and footprints when I moved in. Every picture on there website is false not of the amenities look like that. Please for the love of god do not live here. I am begging you all
