    I'm the guarantor for my daughter's lease that ended a month ago. Very disappointing experience. The 2020-2021 lease only ran for fifty weeks but they charged for 52. Oddly enough, the rental office people can't find a copy of that lease. And when I ask about getting a copy of that lease to understand the discrepancy, they answer with deliberate misdirection. I regret that she signed this without reviewing it with me. It has now been over thirty days since the end of the lease and I am without a ...
    security deposit refund. Per Utah state law, security deposits must be refunded within thirty days. I have emailed several times requesting either an email or phone call in response to this matter. I have also called several times over several days. No person answers the phones.
