Do not under any circumstances move into this apartment building. They will nickel and dime to the fullest extent possible for nothing in return. We were charged over 800 dollars in move out fees despite leaving the apartment spotless. They will try to strongarm you into paying a 400 dollar “deep cleaning” fee which is totally outside of the lease. Do not rent from any property owned by JPW LLC.
