Horrible experience at Zeke
April 22, 2025Maintenance is never here, the leasing office is never open when they're supposed to be and the women who work in the office are entitled and rude, dont try fixing any pest problems, they live in the leasing office.Property Manager Responded

Bugs & Mold
April 22, 2025Landlord will refuse to speak to anyone, pest control has not come by in nearly two years, the office workers are too busy trying to raise the stars on their site with fabricated reviews, while their actual tenants are getting heatstroke and mold in their lungs. do NOT live here.Property Manager Responded

Do NOT Live Here
July 16, 2021The Zeke, DO NOT LIVE HERE! The S2 property, The Zeke, is a horrible place to live and is not worth the money they want for what you get. The site is not well-kept. Trash all around. The dumpsters are overflowing with trash, discarded furniture and all manner of food and household waste, even though they have recently had to empty them every day. It’s an eyesore. The site has a roach problem, a real problem. The “laundry facilities” on site are a joke. 3 or 4 are scattered around the property, ...each with only one washer and one dryer each, and need a “reloadable “card” to us them. The rooms they are in stand open 24/7 and are only fit for homeless folks to hide out in or for possums to nest. Maintenance on site is laughable. Put in a request and wait, and wait. Many times they do not show up until days later, if at all. Next…. MOLD. The building we live in, we discovered, was full of MOLD. My guess is the other building are the same. All built in 1968. We had to take steps to protect ourselves, but the inside of the building is infested with it. We didn’t feel safe, but management said that it wasn’t “mold that can hurt you.” We didn’t believe them. I have seen management simply send someone in to PAINT OVER walls and ceiling covers is huge blooms of mold and do nothing else at all about it. The leases are full of add on fees and charges for which the tenant gets no value or service. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Tell your friends not to live there. Stay away and give your money to someone other than the shady S2 people.Property Manager Responded

August 31, 2016It's infested with roaches and bed bugs me and my family had to throw out 6 beds because how bad the bed bugs are here we will clean everyday in the rooms and it wouldn't go away we got rid of all of clothes and bought new ones and still nothing it got so bad that the living room got infested of bed bugs I do not recommend anyone to move here horrible staff our lights went out twice in the apartments and neighbors and in the heat I have a three year old and we called for them to come fix the ...lights and we called them in the morning and they didn't come until 12:00amRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 13, 2015ITS A VERY NICE COMMUNITY .THEY ARE DOING RENTAVATIONS RIGHT NOW TO ADD WASHER & DRYER HOOK UPS IN THE APARTMENTS . NEW APPLIANCES .ITS VERY QUITE IN THE AREA. THE STAFF IS VERY NICE . THEY ARE GOOD AT CHECKING TO SEE IF YOUR WORK ORDERS ARE DONE .I LIKE HOW THEY GIVE A MONTH TO MONTH CALENDAR TO TELL WHATS GOING ON IN THE AREA AND THE EVENTS THEY ARE COMING UP WITH.THEY ARE CREATING A WORK OUT AREA FOR THE RESIDENTS .
