You want crime? We got crime!
June 28, 2022Car windows are constantly being broken to steal stuff in cars. Garages are being broken into. The mailroom has been broken into numerous times in two months with people's packages being stolen. Don't live here unless you like having your stuff taken.Property Manager Responded

We take all feedback seriously, especially when it involves crime, and it is very important to us to that our residents to feel comfortable where they live, so we sincerely apologize. We did have a mailroom situation in the last month, and immediately worked with a vendor to deter future vandalism. They installed a new door and additional lock, as well as an alarm system for our mailroom. Future renters beware
May 14, 2022I had scheduled an appointment to see a 2 bedroom that they ensured me would be available to see several weeks in advance. I tried calling ahead to the front office to confirm the day of, no one answered the phone & I showed up at the scheduled time only to have them tell me that there are no 2 bedroom apartments available and that the unit they did have available had a tenant move in early. When I explained that I had driven over an hour to get there and asked why no one bothered to call me, ...they just said that there was only 1 person in the office and that they we're too busy. Basically dont trust anything they say as it may change very quickly with no prior notice and you may very well be wasting your time & resources with these people.Property Manager Responded

While we would love to always be able to show specific floor plans, we do not ensure that they are available to look at when scheduling tours a few weeks in advance and do our best to communicate this. At this time, while we did not have a two bedroom home available to look at, we did offer a viewing of a one-bedroom home that would have been most similar to the floor plan you were interested in, but we understand you declined to tour. Our homes, aside from size, are uniform – the countertops, flooring, carpet, appliances, cabinetry, and amenities are all similar. During this time of year, the traffic through our office is very high which can make our unit availability unpredictable at times. Because of this, we offer video tours, photos, and in-person tours for any of our vacant homes to give prospects a good idea of what ...the unit will look like. Again, we are truly sorry that your tour didn’t go as planned and we wish you the best of luck in your home search. Hot water nightmare
June 3, 2020I rarely write reviews if they aren't positive but I did want to warn anyone who might rely on these as I did in choosing a new place to live, a process that required intense research on my part. I have been here two and a half months. In that time period I have been without hot water twice. This most recent time, despite saying they would send a tech that day and that they would find me a vacant apartment to shower in, they did neither. I was very suddenly and seriously ill and was begging for ...help as I could not go elsewhere to shower for fear of what I might be sick with and whom I might infect. I now have the choice of showering in cold water and bringing on another round of violent chills or feeling even more uncomfortable than I am because I cannot get clean. A choice you shouldn't have to face if you pay rent. When I moved in the place had been poorly cleaned, I filled my vacuum canister twice with what appeared to be pet hair before I moved in a single item, on the hard floors there was rolled up balls of pet fur, there was an odd smell in the entry way that even with an air purifier and baking soda I cannot get rid of, and the master bathroom was a mess. The hot and cold were reversed in the shower, the toilet filled with hot water (a fact the maintenance person told me was impossible until he saw it), the back of the toilet filled when you ran the sink, and anytime it is windy outside the shower drain rattles. In order to fix the toilet, they cut a hole in the wall that turned out to be unnecessary but has yet to be repainted because it's not a covid emergency. I was very optimistic when I read the other reviews before moving here but being without hot water twice in 2.5 months and only shown fake concern and given fake promises, I will sadly be looking for a new place to live in 9.5 months. Outstanding Customer Service
April 30, 2019Zenith Meridian is a beautiful property. The two-bedroom layouts are spacious and there are a lot of windows for natural lighting. But what impressed me most about this property were Jake F., Community Manager, and Carlos V., Leasing Specialist. In the process of trying to find a new home, I have seen a lot of properties and a lot of leasing consultants. Many are inexperienced, unprofessional, and lack knowledge about their property. Not so with Jake and Carlos. They answered all my questions ...and really treated me respectfully. Unfortunately, the floor plan I wanted wasn't available when I needed to move, and I found one a little more to my liking. But I would have enjoyed living at Zenith Meridian. The landscaping is beautiful, and it's close to the rail station. Not only that, there's a Starbucks and liquor store in walking distance! Don't Rent! Fake Luxury!!!!
November 20, 2017The WORST apartment I've ever lived in. Almost 2 years of paying my rent on time (Which is overpriced anyway) and I'm 2 weeks late and they actually have the nerve to send me to court and charge me $500 over my rent in late fees and court costs cause they couldn't "trust" me to pay rent 15 days late on my own. The court notice came in the first week, and don't think THEY pay all their court fees, mind-you. You get to help! Soooo many complaints about their fake "good amenities" (It's an xbox 360 ...and a Wii as their hi-tech "gaming" systems for example). Pool closes at 10pm so good luck enjoying the only good thing they offer in the 12 hours they "let" you. I'm now stuck living out a year (Unless, surprise, they find another way to evict me. Maybe blaming me for smoking pot again when it's my neighbors lighting up the whole building?) and every month I have to pay rent now seems like a ripoff. Enjoy your life elsewhere!
