September 25, 2015Absolutely wonderful community, staff is nothing if not punctual and helpful whenever there are issues, on our move in day our apartment was spotless, freshly cleaned, new paint and fresh carpet. I haven't been this happy living somewhere since I lived at home with my parents during high school. Everyone is kind, the grounds are kept clean and it's quiet at late hours, especially needed for a college student like myself. I would recommend Zona Rio to anyone.Review from Apartments.com
Close to Downtown, Updated Pool Area
August 5, 2015For someone who works close to downtown and has a roommate that bikes to the U or A, this is a great location for us both. Many of the units have laminate hardwood flooring, the pool area has recently been updated and given a resort feel, and the maintenance guy is AMAZING and is always there to fix anything we need. There is quick access to the bike path as well! All in all, this is a pretty nice place to live.Review from Apartments.com
