Overpriced with thin walls and roaches, look elsewhere

To start, the good thing about Eaves Creekside are the workers. They are very kind, and they are doing all they can. But as far as a living situation goes, this is pretty unacceptable. Some of the issues are as follows: the walls are incredibly thin (I can hear my upstairs neighbor peeing and stomping around all the time), the fridge that comes with the apartment seems to break and damage my food, the sinks and showers clog (and the shower drain will vomit disgusting black residue that makes your ...
feet dirty), there are ants and roaches that the pest control services seem to not be able to get (they will make it into your food), and there are constantly loud vehicles driving around during work hours when I'm trying to have meetings. Finally, the amount I'm paying for this poor living situation is pretty absurd but once you're locked into the contract you're pretty much trapped living here. So I feel ethically obligated to warn other people to look elsewhere for more comfortable and affordable living situations.
