  • Very Dangerous Place to live, not safe at all..

    It's dangerous to live in this community, as these days there are lot of break-ins happening and that to during day time. We are hearing about break ins every other month but haven't seen any steps to secure current residents.

  • Nice, but older apartment in Redmond, WA

    Eaves by Avalon apartments are conveniently located at 520 and 40th Ave. Across the street from the Overlake Bus Station and 2 major Microsoft campuses. The grounds are kept very nicely and there are 3 swimming pools plus hot tubs. (2 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool). The staff is friendly and willing to help resolve any issues- all of my maintenance requests have been resolved within less than 1 hour! Improvements that could be made-It is an older complex, so the appliances are not the best ...
    and sound proofing between floors could be better. Overall, I recommend checking out what they have to offer. Even though it is close to MS and the bus station, it is a quiet complex and we enjoy it.

    Moving here was great. The eaves by Avalon team, specifically Clif, was amazing and really made me want the apartment. It's a little pricier than I was initially looking for but I don't regret it one bit. Great facilities, great apartment, and I get FiOS Internet!
