Very Dangerous Place to live, not safe at all..
September 18, 2017It's dangerous to live in this community, as these days there are lot of break-ins happening and that to during day time. We are hearing about break ins every other month but haven't seen any steps to secure current residents.Review from Apartments.com
Nice, but older apartment in Redmond, WA
August 21, 2015Eaves by Avalon apartments are conveniently located at 520 and 40th Ave. Across the street from the Overlake Bus Station and 2 major Microsoft campuses. The grounds are kept very nicely and there are 3 swimming pools plus hot tubs. (2 indoor pools, 1 outdoor pool). The staff is friendly and willing to help resolve any issues- all of my maintenance requests have been resolved within less than 1 hour! Improvements that could be made-It is an older complex, so the appliances are not the best ...and sound proofing between floors could be better. Overall, I recommend checking out what they have to offer. Even though it is close to MS and the bus station, it is a quiet complex and we enjoy it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great apartment, great management
July 22, 2015Moving here was great. The eaves by Avalon team, specifically Clif, was amazing and really made me want the apartment. It's a little pricier than I was initially looking for but I don't regret it one bit. Great facilities, great apartment, and I get FiOS Internet!Review from Apartments.com
