Vehicle security is a problem
August 5, 2024The property doesn't have enough parking spaces to provide for at least 2 working adults per apartment and they plan to further REDUCE parking spaces in the future. This means a large number of tenants must park on the street. It is a very active smash/grab area. I have seen on some days an entire row of 10 or more cars all with their windows smashed along Saratoga Ave. in front of the apartments. There is a large homeless population in the immediate area and they steal for a living.Review from Apartments.com
I wish I could rate a negative * , stay away from this community they charge even if you don't sign a lease
October 5, 2022We started an application for one of the apartments here, it dint went through due to some reasons and we informed the team. We dint even sign the lease and they sent us reservation charges for 5 days. 100$ application fee a security deposit of 150$ and a reservation charge of 333.33 $ for a 5 day (from start to sending mail to stop processing). beware of this whole process. I even called them and mailed to reduce it to some amount but they deny. All in all if you are a 200% sure of joining start ...an application or you will pay for not staying as well here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Be careful about renting here!
December 13, 2019I would be very careful about renting here.. In July I applied to rent here and paid for the application fee and was approved instantly. I gave a date of moving in 5 days from the date of application. Before I moved in I changed my mind due to the school that was zoned to the Eaves Avalon Bay and informed the office that I won't be renting there before my move in date. To my surprise they said they would charge me 5 days prorated rent because it says in the fine print of their rent ...application that they can charge me for days off the market even BEFORE the move-in date starts! I have since then been dealing with their collections department and have even offered to pay half of what they are trying to bill me for just to get rid of them but they have not been open to this reasonable offer. Again this is for an apartment that i did not even set my foot in and was cancelled BEFORE my moving in date. So if you want to deal with a property that likes to stick customers because of the fine print be very careful in applying here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good community
September 20, 2019Good community with basic amenities. Security is a bit of a concern as these are open condominiums with no security cameras installed hence few breakins have happened in the past.Review from Apartments.com
