We moved out last month. The building was extremely noisy, with constant disturbances from building maintenance, neighbors next door and upstairs throughout both the day and night, making it very difficult to concentrate and study during the exams. The units do not have carpets, which significantly amplifies the noise from footsteps and movement. We complained about the noise many times, but any improvement was only temporary, it would become quiet for a day or a few days before the noise ...

The apartments are pricey for what they do offer. The building and apartments are still old even post renovation, i moved in post renovation, the walls are paper thin, so it can be very noisy specially if you are trying to study like me. The gym is very small, with very few equipments. The management needs to be improved! Its hard to get in touch with anyone after office hours!!

These apartments are absolutely stunning. I took a tour with Michele of a freshly renovated 1 bedroom apartment and was really impressed, not just with the quality of workmanship and fresh color scheme, but with the manager herself. Michele was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area made me feel right at home.
