      The apartments are pricey for what they do offer. The building and apartments are still old even post renovation, i moved in post renovation, the walls are paper thin, so it can be very noisy specially if you are trying to study like me. The gym is very small, with very few equipments. The management needs to be improved! Its hard to get in touch with anyone after office hours!!

      The building is old and outdated. The manager Michel is not helpful. Whoever gave the 5 star rating has not lived in this building and only spoke to Michel once!! That review is suspicious

      These apartments are absolutely stunning. I took a tour with Michele of a freshly renovated 1 bedroom apartment and was really impressed, not just with the quality of workmanship and fresh color scheme, but with the manager herself. Michele was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area made me feel right at home.
