Awful
December 1, 2023This apartment complex is terrible. Management sucks, theres so many hidden fees, the rent posted online is $300 cheaper than what it will actually be, there were roaches when we moved in, multiple things broken, and staff is terrible. People leave their trash in the hallways outside of the valet trash hours, no one picks up after their dogs so the courtyard is full of poop. Maintenance is the only somewhat decent thing because the workers are great but they are short staffed so it takes awhile ...for maintenance issues to be taken care of. The package system is stupid & there is a music hall behind the building so there is virtually no parking on days where there are concerts (which is often.) April 29, 2023I lived here for over a year. When I signed the lease, they had all these offers that they never came through for. The leasing office disappeared, and the old management was absolutely terrible. New management seems like they’re trying, but without results. Packages get stolen all the time, they won’t do anything about it - homeless are rampant- with how much you’re spending look elsewhere .Review from Apartments.com

Issue after Issue
March 23, 2022When I first found this property I thought it was perfect! I signed my lease back in December virtually because I was out of state. Holly was super responsive and helpful. I had her change it to a six month lease because I received a new work assignment. She said it'd be changed and I would have no additional charges because it was before I moved in. We are now on our third manager. I haven't seen a copy of the lease I signed the day I moved in, and I still don't have access into the front of the ...building. I've emailed management multiple times about it. I've also reached out regarding the Cable they've been charging me for, I've called the company they told me to multiple times and the account isn't active. I've asked for refunds they have told me no and to call again.They had us request parking spots months ago and they still haven't assigned them. Put signs up for no parking put people are constantly parking right outside my window and they do nothing about it. I've had nearly all of my packages stolen. I really don't have a single positive to say about this place. . I want to be out of here ASAP. I don't recommend anyone to move here.Property Manager Responded
