Lovely place, management is awesome

I was at the Randi for ~14 months and it was great. Apartments are nice, they hold events for the community, and all around lovely folks. Maintenance guy is super nice too and any time I made a request it was resolved so fast. Walls are pretty soundproof too and you don’t hear any neighbors, the only time I ever did was someone walking down the hall. If you’re wanting to live downtown check this place out it’s legit

Since new staff has been in office the Randi has transform tremendously. I have been living here since February and can say improvement has happened. Prices are a bit expensive but the views and surrounding makes it worth it. Also the mangers host events as well at the apartments. Stashawn

The units are nice, and so is the location. However that’s really where the good ends. The management companies struggle with tasks and let trash get placed anywhere. The garage system is always broken. The garage door is always broken. Like previously stated the only amenity is the roof. So if amenities are something you’re looking for, look elsewhere. If cleanliness is something you’re looking for… look elsewhere. You’ll be paying for not only your apartment and utilities but also the common ...
