Hold on to your boat, Modesto apartment dwellers, and look for an exciting time on Stanislaus River Rafting trip. This adventure is excellent for both experienced and inexperienced paddlers who live in Stanislaus River apartments. The rafts are put in the water near the historic Knight's Ferry covered bridge, the longest covered bridge west of the Mississippi. The trip is a great length of eight miles, and works well for church groups, social clubs, families and businesses for an inspiring day in the water. An ice cream shop, a quaint general store and of course the very interesting covered bridge are found here. Upgrades to the trip are available if you'd like to enlist the help of a charter organization that will transport your group to and from the beginning and end of the boating fun.
