Deeds Point is the place where Dayton apartment residents go to see the whole city. The view from this park is stunning. It encompassing the whole city as well as the meeting point of the Mad and Great Miami Rivers. Winter time is a gorgeous time to visit as you look upon the frozen rivers and the Canadian Geese as they coast to as top on the ice. There is 24 hour access to this free park so anytime you feel the need you can check out the gorgeous panoramic view of the Dayton apartments communities.
