In Denver, many bars, pubs and clubs serve what they consider "pub grub" or "bar food," and sometimes an apartment-ite can be led to believe that it's the best they can find in the city. Most of the time, however, that statement is untrue, because The Bank Bar and Grill is serving up quality food as well as delicious and varied brews in a neighborhood bar atmosphere. It's as far from bar food or pub grub as you can get, and you get it while enjoying some of the best brews in town as well. The Bank Bar and Grill takes both parts of its name seriously, producing some refreshing drinks from the bar, as well as readying piping hot edibles from the grill, all delicious, all cooked to order. As far as brews go, they have a wide variety of beers, both domestic and imported, from local favorites, to foreign specialties. They also know how to make a fierce mixed drink, so if you can think of it, their intelligent bartenders know how to make it. They also have fantastic happy hour and daily specials, so any time you go in you can save money on food or drink. The grill part of The Bank's title is very important, so there are huge number of delectable treats coming fresh off the grill. To start things off, you can try their deep fried pickles, fried ravioli, battered zucchini, mixed fry, or their appetizer sampler, with hot wings, cheese sticks, poppers, rings, tenders, salsa, guacamole, celery and tortilla chips. You can also try any of their famous wings, with your choice of hot or mild sauce, barbecue, spicy garlic, honey barbecue, or just plain. For your main dinner, try one of their delicious steaks, breaded pork chops, or sausage and peppers, or a delicious chicken fried steak or chicken fried chicken, sausage and peppers, or pasta with your choice sausage links or meatballs, or both. You could also try their fish and chips, fresh gyros, or one of their tasty sandwich, burger or Mexican options. Many bars offer food that they claim is the same as that from restaurants, but many times its just not comparable. The Bank is offering up some of the tastiest food in Denver, while also providing apartment-ites with nice beers and cocktails at affordable prices, giving them an experience that other bars just can't beat.
