Christine Leonard is a licensed attorney, real estate agent, and vacation rental host with extensive experience spanning the legal, government, private, and nonprofit sectors. As an attorney, she has worked across all three branches of the federal government, bringing a unique depth of knowledge and negotiation skills to her current role in real estate. Christine successfully closes numerous real estate transactions each year in addition to drawing on her background negotiating dozens of leases and property contracts. She assists clients in finding their dream homes and securing favorable terms, working seamlessly with both first-time buyers and seasoned homeowners. She also manages vacation rental properties and associated leases. Originally from Pittsburgh, Christine has lived and worked throughout the East Coast, from Boston to Washington, D.C., before settling near Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
