This carriage house features a studio layout with one open space that includes a small kitchen, dining area, living, and bedroom area. It is part of a larger property that can be rented together or separately. The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There is one parking spot available for the carriage house and two spots for the main house. An additional parking spot is available in the front yard for the main house. Located in a very peaceful family neighborhood, this carriage house offers a tranquil setting while being conveniently situated between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island beach. The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which includes stocking it with fish. Taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older and a completed profile. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and additional items can be purchased at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.
