Watch the skiers at Ober Gatlinburg during the day and the lights of downtown Gatlinburg at night. The Gatlinburg Summit complex is a gorgeous 4-mile drive from downtown and is the most picturesque setting in Gatlinburg. This condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. This recently remodeled condo features a fully stocked kitchen that’s perfect for a home-cooked meal. The beautifully decorated space features a modern design with a gorgeous, stacked stone fireplace and a spiral staircase leading up to the second level loft with skylight. Curl up and read a book in the cozy window seat, or enjoy your favorite show on one of the 4 flat-screen smart TVs throughout the unit. Come, and enjoy the open year-round pool and hot tubs. Rain, sunshine, hot or cold, you are taken care of with pool and hot tub amenities with a temp-controlled room. Free street parking is available in front of the building. Spend the day hiking through Smoky Mountain National Park, or skiing at the amazing ski resort that sits right on the edge of the property. Head to downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge where you’ll find endless restaurants, year-round ice skating, the Tennessee Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Dixie Stampede, Dollywood, and so much more. Don’t forget about the Space Needle observation tower and the Sky Lift. Firewood is not provided; guests can purchase it locally at gas stations or grocery stores. Fireplaces are only available for use from October through April. Due to the location, cell service is limited at this home. Swimming Pool working hours are from 9:00 am to 9:45 pm. Some of the mountain roads can be steep and winding—that's part of the charm of being in the Smokies! Drive cautiously, especially if it’s your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. Violators of the no parties or events policy will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. Any violation of the no pets policy will incur a $200.00 fine. [SI]

Relax and enjoy your favorite show on one of the 4 flat-screen smart TVs throughout the unit. Enjoy the open year-round indoor pool and hot tubs, with a temperature-controlled room ensuring comfort in any weather. Parking is conveniently available in front of the unit building, with two parking spots allocated for this condo. The Gatlinburg Summit complex offers a picturesque setting, allowing you to enjoy the majesty and solitude of the Great Smoky Mountains while being close to a variety of activities for the whole family. Spend the day hiking through Smoky Mountain National Park or skiing at the nearby resort. Downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are nearby, offering endless restaurants, year-round ice skating, and attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and Dollywood. Firewood is not provided, but guests can purchase it at the condo office or local stores. The fireplaces are available for use from October through April. Due to the location, cell service is limited, but free, fast Wi-Fi is available. Access to the property is via a scenic, paved mountain road, and a vehicle with good brakes and moderate clearance is recommended. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $1000 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with fines ranging from $200 to $500 for violations. Pets are not allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. As you travel around the area, keep in mind that some mountain roads can be steep and winding. Drive cautiously and allow extra time for travel.
