On the other side of West Des Moines, Jordan Creek Town Center occupies a large fashion space that includes a 3.5-acre lake and boardwalk. This space is just minutes from the mall’s stores, movie theater, and lakeside restaurants. Public transportation options include Uber, Lyft, or the bus. Smoking of any kind is never allowed at this property, including the balcony or patio, as well as all common and outdoor areas of the building. Any smoking violations will result in a $500 fee. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit, and no more than the specified number of guests can be on the premises at any given time. Large gatherings and/or parties are not allowed. Mail cannot be received at this address, and guests are not allowed to accept package deliveries or give out this address. Trash should not be left outside of the unit door. All vehicles parked on the premises are parked at the risk of the owner. Guests are required to provide a scanned or photographed copy of their valid, government-issued photo ID during the virtual check-in process for the purpose of performing a background check or screening.
